How we proceed

All visitors to The Visa Centre website may fill in an online application form and obtain a free assessment or simply email their bio-data to info@thevisacentre.com specifying the country and type of visa sought.

The client inquiries are electronically stored in our CPU immigration database and a client file is assigned. Simultaneously a copy of the inquiry is passed on to the assessing consultants of the relevant country. A qualifications assessment is transmitted back to the client within 72 hours or 03 business days. This professional service is offered to all website visitors absolutely FREE.

Eligible applicants may then make an appointment for a personal interview at our CPU in Colombo, Sri Lanka and enter into a Contract for Services if they choose to proceed. If however, a personal visit is not possible, clients could courier their documents to our CPU in Colombo for processing.

Contracts are usually entered into between the client and the consulting firm of the relevant country.

All payments are therefore payable directly to the overseas consulting firm for professional services and the relevant government authorities. For example; High Commissions, Registration Bodies, Pre-migration skills classification.

A timeline for preparing, collating and submitting documents for visa approval is then designed to accommodate the individual client's personal cash flow.
